Since I have exceeded the limit on image posting I've decided to create a second blog and will name it Captured Moments 2. This way I will be able to continue to post captured images of Corey, for I have many more to share. Look for it soon!

Reached my limit on image posting!

I must have reached my 300MB limit on image posting. Too bad because I have several more images of Corey I'd like to share with everyone.

If anyone is interested I would be willing to sell photo Cd's of Corey's captured images. They would be full size and printable of course. Just to let you know there are no nudes or any images that are illegal.

Here we go with the orange again. This time a Hooters shirt!

Corey Three at BHG at Fourteen

These three captured moments of Corey's youth were taken at BHG (Black Hand Gorge) when he was fourteen years old.

Corey and I stopped at this old house and took several shots. We were on our way back from a movie and cruisin with the tunes, something we often did.

Yellow and orange were two of Corey's favorite colors in those days. The shirt in these two images I found for a bargain. Corey loved it and of course posed in it for me.

Here's two captured moments with Corey wearing his wrestling outfit. I watched him perform more than a few times and he was very good at it!

Corey used to call the shirt he's wearing "Wife Beaters" and I'm not sure exactly how that got started but he always looked good in them as he does in this image captured at Black Hand Gorge.

I've always loved this shot of Corey in his dress shirt. His eyes seem so piercing yet trusting!

Corey at Dawes

I remember it was around Easter time when Corey, his mother and two brothers and I set off on a photo shoot at Dawes Woods. In this captured moment Corey was acting silly. The image was actually cropped from a larger image in which his brothers and mother were also present. Silly or not I thought it was a cute shot.

Corey Three More at BHG

All three of these images were also taken at Black Hand Gorge State Park. It was always such a pleasure shooting Corey. He was very easy to work with and seemed to have a natural ability which made for excellent captured moments.

This image was captured using my old 35mm camera as well. It was recently scanned and Photoshopped to get the end result.

Taking a break or posing for yet another captured moment at Black Hand Gorge State Park. I believe this image was captured using my old 35mm camera. I have since given all my 35mm equipment to my young nephew who is a very talented young man as well. I have seen his work and I am impressed to say the least.

First place in his weight class for the State of Ohio which I believe was 122 lbs. at the time. Well done my boy!

Corey Tats Pierced

This is an image of Corey shortly before he left for Florida. He had just recently gotten into the tats and piercings. Very attractive young man!

Corey Cookie Man

I love to bake and often made sweets for when Corey came to stay. Sometimes I made them while he was there and was often talked into making extra so he could share with his classmates. I decided that Corey should learn to make cookies himself as a life experience he could carry with him always. So began the cookie baking classes, Corey being my number one student. He was actually a very fast learner and his end result was very tasty, as his classmates would agree. At first they didn't believe he made them himself so I decided to capture his work in progress and printed out photos to share with them as well as a fresh batch of cookies for their enjoyment.

Corey Serious

Corey and I were always trying for different looks in our photo sessions and this one was no exception. My only regret was not having the camera and lighting equipment I have now when we first started capturing Corey's moments in time. We don't think we did too bad though considering the backdrops were nothing more than yards of material purchased at the local Walmart and the lighting an old light bar on a tripod that was previously owned by my grand parents used with and old 8mm movie camera.

Corey Road Trip Van

These three images were captured during an all day road trip. We got an early start, stopping at Black Hand Gorge for a couple of hours of hiking and shooting pictures, then we ventured on to Zanesville to indulge in some pizza at Pizza Hut. And if I'm not mistaken we took in a movie as well at the local cheap seats theatre. Corey's friend Nate was along for the trip as well.

Corey Deserted Home

On our way back from seeing a movie Corey and I spotted an old deserted home. We thought it would be a different backdrop for capturing several images so we indulged ourselves.

Corey Older

This image was captured when Corey was a little older. If I'm not mistaken he's 16 years old and had his learners permit. It was not long after this image was captured that he moved away to Florida and I wasn't able to see him for over two years. I was of course very sad and heartbroken. My best bud in the whole world was over 1200 miles away and I missed him dearly!

Corey and I visited Black Hand Gorge on more than a few occasions. It's so peaceful and beautiful there and a perfect backdrop for capturing moments in time!

This image of Corey taken by a "School Photographer" has been Photoshopped by me because the original photo had Corey holding a fishing pole while in his suit. I'm not sure what kind of drugs the school "Photographer" was on but who in their right mind would have the subject holding a fishing pole while wearing a suit? I don't know of anyone who goes fishing in a suit! This corrected image reflects one of my early attempts at using my Adobe Photoshop program.
